AEA designed and built stretcher for the Royal Flying Doctor Service.  The design provided a lightweight, aircraft approved, personnel carriage system for the client.

Pilatus PC12 / Beech 200 Stretcher Loader

Designed, built and approved by AEA for the Royal Flying Doctor Service.  The stretcher loader is a rugged and effective method of loading a variety of stretchers into PC-12 and B200 aircraft.

Eurocopter AS332L – Rescue Litter

AEA provided the manufacture and installation of a lightweight rescue litter for use in helicopter winch operations. As well as the litter the AEA design incorporated the use of a raised support to provide a convenient work area for medical staff.

Pilatus PC12 – Medical Cabinet Installation

AEA designed, aircraft approved, lightweight cabinet allows stowage of medical equipment and supplies for easy access during aircraft operations. The incorporation of a pullout work surface optimises the storage capacity while providing a better ergonomic workstation for medical staff.

Aero-Medical Equipment Rails

AEA designed, in conjunction with the Royal Flying Doctor Service's medical staff, a better solution for the installation and operation of medical equipment during flight. The design and installation of the equipment rails give staff ready access to the equipment without compromising the airworthiness of the aeroplane.
