Electronic Loading Systems

Aeronautical Engineers Australia has developed a range of approved electronic loading systems (ELS) to allow you to quickly load your aircraft using a computer based program. This simple and easy to use system shows you exactly where your current aircraft loading lies within the envelope, and how much payload can be carried.

The system can be customised to generate manifests, add company logos, add or subtract standard items (such as NiteSun lights or liferafts), change aircraft configurations from cargo to commuter configurations and more.

The program is distributed as a secure executable on CD, DVD or USB drive and runs on any computer that can run Microsoft Excel (including laptops, PDAs and EFBs). Please contact your nearest AEA office to arrange to download an obligation-free demonstration system of a system that is suitable for you and your operations.

Trim Sheets

AEA has produced a range of standard trimsheets as shown below. All are colour, laminated and computer generated for the seat and cargo specifications shown. If your aircraft type is not listed or you require alternate loading specifications, we can supply custom aircraft loading trimsheets to suit your exact requirements. Trimsheets for RPT operations can also be supplied, customised to suit individual company requirements. Please contact AEA for more information.
